Any form of exercise can cause injuries if the exercises are performed incorrectly, and Results Driven Trainer is no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in these programs or classes, especially if exercises are performed with incorrect form and/or unmanageable weight. Although thorough instruction and supervision is necessary for each exercise, Results Driven Trainer session, classes, and programs (like any other exercise program) do involve a risk of injury. Trainer cannot guarantee everyone's results with Results Driven Trainer. Poor dieting and inconsistency can result in not losing fat, gaining muscle, or get abdominal definition, ar achieve desired results with these programs. It is also possible that you will gain fat, lose muscle, and even lose abdominal definition.
Your results may vary, and you may not get the same results when using the Results Driven Trainer classes or programs due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication.
